Georgia is a highly experienced transformational leadership facilitator, coach and trainer who works with organisations going through challenging times, supporting leaders and teams transform their leadership to their highest potential, deliver great performance and tangible results from a values-based perspective, creating cultural alignment for their teams and organisation.
Her purpose is to illuminate the way for those who seek their path to freedom, in their leadership, professional and personal lives, through her values of presence, equanimity and joy. Her facilitation and coaching support is designed to help others to find their authentic self and live and work in a way that is genuine for them, drawing on their values and purpose to create their path to freedom.
She has a particular interest in wellbeing at work and stress management interventions, having qualifications in psychological coaching, hypnotherapy and Transactional Analysis alongside coaching, facilitation and training. She also trains and supervises workplace coaches.
Alongside her own portfolio of work with clients in leadership transformation, she has worked for many years in a number of roles as a business coach and mentor, supporting entrepreneurs and start-ups to achieve their aspiration. She serves a chair of a commercial building maintenance company and is a board member for a large housing association group. She set up and continues to lead a Manchester-based professional development group for senior women in business.
She creates beautiful environments in which people can feel and be themselves, both in a practical sense in her home and in her facilitation with groups. She loves animals, travelling and being in nature.
